In between yoga on the beach and drinks in the cabana, she likes to volunteer at one specific orphanage, Casa Hogar Sion in Tijuana, and the orphanage director calls her a "friend." According to the mag, Jen has already signed papers to adopt a child, and the kid will be in her arms by her 42nd birthday on February 11th. We don't know for sure that the baby is coming from Casa Hogar Sion, but the director says "no comment," which, in celebland, totes means yes!

Jen already has a gender-neutral nursery in her Beverly Hills home, with a Harry Potter mural on the ceiling.

I won't believe a word of this until I see a tiny Asian boy in painter overalls sashaying out of Jennifer's Beverly Hills home just as I hear her screaming after finding out that her "Harry Potter" ceiling mural is actually a giant portrait of Maddox winking.

But if it is true, I really hope Jennifer fulfills my lifelong dream of a celebwhore naming their baby CONCEPCI�N. Jen's supposed baby is coming from Mexico, so it fits. And Concepci�n Cool Aniston really does have a nice ring to it.

Nicki Minaj's 'Moment 4 Life' Video To Premiere Thursday On MTV

Clip, which debuts at 7:54 p.m. ET on MTV, plays up femcee's relationship with Young Money labelmate Drake.

On Thursday, Nicki Minaj will reveal her long-awaited "Moment 4 Life" video on MTV. The clip, which was shot in December in Los Angeles, features Young Money labelmate Drake and is rumored to show the pair playing up their "are they or aren't they?" relationship with a kiss.

The "Moment 4 Life" clip will premiere at 7:54 p.m. ET on MTV.

When MTV News' Sway spoke to Drake on the set of "Moment 4 Life," the MC compared the success of his and Minaj's debut albums to Weezy's opening-week sales of Tha Carter III, saying each subsequent project further cemented the collective's status.

"I think it's crazy that somehow, some higher power brought all these individuals together," Drake said. "I remember being on the [tour] bus when Wayne played me Tha Carter III, which went on to sell a million copies in one week. Then it was Thank Me Later. It was this big pressure, and that went on to sell what it did.

"And now," he continued, "to think of the girl that I used to ride the bus with — and that's what she was to me: this girl that I rode the bus with. I was like, 'Female rap?' And I'm being dead honest with you. [I thought,] 'Man, it's been a while since there's been a female rapper, and I'm curious to see how this works.' It's not that I didn't believe. And she was probably looking at me like, 'This Jew from Canada: I don't know.' "

And now, after the successful debut of Pink Friday, the Toronto lyricist said he couldn't be happier for Minaj.

"It's amazing now to see her come into her own, build this brand and persona," he said. "It's incredible." Jerome Bell turned out an extra soulful version of R&B great Marvin Gaye's baby-making classic "Let's Get It On" during the "American Idol" Milwaukee auditions and managed to avoid a cheesy cover of a challenging song in favor of a rafter-rattling rendition of the 1973 jam.

Sporting a brown fedora, black jacket, white T-shirt and silver kicks he lovingly referred to as "space boots," the native New Yorker busted out a trill-heavy version of the track as his mother rooted for him outside the audition. Bell, who honed his chops belting at bar mitzvahs and weddings, took the sensual midtempo jam to church with bold, full vocals that he sometimes stretched to a dazzling falsetto, snapping his fingers and bopping his head along the way.

After suffering through a slew of subpar Midwestern hopefuls, the performance turned the judges into believers as well. "Hot, crazy vocals, in tune, control, tender, the right moments," Randy Jackson gushed. "I like you."

Jennifer Lopez concurred, describing Bell's voice as "loud, soft, sweet, powerful."

Jackson summed up the panel's reactions by pointing out Bell got "all of the isms jumping off."

Steven Tyler echoed Jackson's sentiments with his trademark wit, adding that Bell prompted "none of the 'wasms' "

Ultimately, the Aerosmith frontman simply pegged the audition with some impassioned nods of approval and two simple words: "So good."

And just like that, Bell, who said he was just trying to make it to Hollywood, was officially headed West.

The last time MTV News spoke with Panic! At The Disco, Brendon Urie and Spencer Smith had just premiered "New Perspective," a song they'd written for the Megan Fox horror flick "Jennifer's Body." They were fresh off a run of shows opening for Blink-182 and only two months removed from the departure of Ryan Ross and Jon Walker, who were still 10 months away from releasing their first album as the Young Veins.

So, yeah, it's been a while.

But in recent weeks, Panic! have slowly begun edging their way back into the spotlight. They've announced plans for a new album — Vices & Virtues, due March 29 — and unveiled the first single from that disc, "The Ballad of Mona Lisa," which drops February 1. And they've just filmed a video for the song, directed by longtime collaborator Shane C. Drake.

MTV News was on location with the band during the shoot, and while we can't reveal any details just yet, we did manage to ask Urie and Smith a bit about the single and the album, both of which, it would seem, are rather intrinsically linked.

"Basically, all of the songs, including 'Mona Lisa,' kind of touch on what the album is called ... it's called Vices & Virtues, and in one way or the other, at least one to 10 virtues or vices are represented in every song," Urie said. "[It's] little minor things I didn't know were vices or virtues, until we looked them up. I was like, 'I don't know what altruism means, so I'll look that up.' Things like logic, pride, vanity — it can go either way. So it was kind of interesting to read about that.

"And it just made sense, because all the songs [on the album] are so all over the place," he continued. "They don't sound anything like each other, and it's like, 'How does this all tie together?' and then it kind of made sense. It was kind of lucky."

And though Vices is a musical grab bag, Panic! couldn't have made the album any other way, and they're pretty sure fans will be happy with the results — especially fans clamoring for a return to their A Fever You Can't Sweat Out heyday.

"We've been working on music for about a year and a half, so I think that partly adds to why some of the songs have some varying styles," Smith said. "Part of it was us, at the beginning, trying to figure out what we wanted to do — we had a new opportunity with just the two of us — and as we sort of got a better hold on what that was, just kind of went from there. ... I think there's stuff from the first album that we kind of got away from on the second record that people who were fans of the first one will enjoy."

Aguilera also, allegedly, started a fight with Julianne Hough over the weekend. Sounds like someone needs to remember the lessons taught to her on the Mickey Mouse Club.

After 28 years as the co-host of "Live!" Regis Philbin announced Tuesday (January 18) that he will retire. Philbin told viewers live on-air that this will be his last year hosting the morning talk show mainstay.

"It's been a long time: It's been 28 years since I've been here. And it was the biggest thrill of my life to come back to New York, where I grew up as a kid watching TV in the early days, never even dreaming that I would one day have the ability, or whatever it takes, to get in front of the camera and talk to it," he explained, with co-host Kelly Ripa by his side. "Everything must come to an end for certain people on-camera, especially certain old people," he joked.

Further information about when Philbin's last day will be or who might replace him was not announced, however he added, "This is gonna happen sometime the end of the summer or fall. We'll have a lot of fun between now and then!"

Ripa, who has been hosting the show with Philbin for nearly a decade, added, "I think I can only speak for America, and all of us here, when I say it has been a pleasure and a privilege and a dream come true. And I wish I could do something to change your mind."

Ripa joined Philbin in 2001 after current "Today" host Kathie Lee Gifford left the show in 2000. Gifford was the show's second co-host: It began in 1983 with the name "The Morning Show" and Cyndy Garvey by Philbin's side. Gifford replaced Garvey in 1985. Three years later, the show went national and gained the "Live! With Regis And Kathie Lee" moniker.

TMZ reports that Ripa had no idea Philbin was going to make the announcement Tuesday. Sources told the website the daytime vet alerted his co-host of the announcement only 15 minutes before they went live.

The source adds that Ripa was "stunned," but "she wasn't upset." Philbin reportedly decided to stay mum until the last minute for fear that the news might leak.

A Tribe Called Quest fans can officially rejoice: The documentary chronicling the group's rise to fame as well as their legacy has been accepted into the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. Held in Park City, Utah, the gathering is where Michael Rapaport, director of the documentary, cut his teeth in the film world.

"My personal goal for the movie was always to premiere it at Sundance Film Festival," he said. "I've always had affection for the festival: The first time I ever saw myself in a movie was in 1992 at the world premiere of my first movie, 'Zebrahead.' I couldn't be happier. "Beats, Rhymes and Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest," which has drawn scrutiny from group member Q-Tip, boasts a rough and ready quality found in previous documentaries about legendary bands such as Led Zeppelin and the Beatles.

"I wanted it to be a classic rock-and-roll-style documentary," Rapaport said. "If you grew up listening to hip-hop and you were around A Tribe Called Quest, it was a part of your life.

"They are the equivalent to Led Zeppelin, the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. I've been fans of those groups and fans of documentaries about those groups for a long time, and when I approached doing this film, I wanted to treat it in the same way. I didn't want it to be over-produced; I wanted it to have a rawness to it."

As for who stops by to chat about the group, Rapaport lined up a storied list of talent: "I shot Pharrell, ?uestlove and Black Thought from the Roots, obviously Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Mos Def, Monie Love, the Jungle Brothers, Too Short, Ludacris ... a bunch of people," he said. "All of those people pop up in one incarnation or another."

Last week's "Jersey Shore" premiere ended with a mid-punch cliffhanger as Sammi and JWoww went at each other, grabbing fistfuls of hair extensions and clawing at each other's faces. Who would win?

The scrum picked up again Thursday night (January 13) and, as we should have suspected, nobody really wins when it comes to intra-cast brawling on the hit reality show, do they? That's not to say the girls seem to regret brawling or that another fight couldn't happen in the future. Because according to Sammi, she's not scared of any of her castmates.

"Nobody's hard to fight with in that house," she told MTV News recently.

Sammi doesn't mean that as some sort of hear-me-roar intimidation tactic. In fact, she professes to hate fighting and confessed, "I never fought anybody in my entire life until Miami." But since the cast's trip to Florida — fight she has. And each time, she hasn't backed down from going at JWoww, who Sammi says is a much more experienced fighter.

"I'm very stern in my opinions and I speak my mind," she said. "Winning isn't everything, but I'm proud of standing up [for myself], for never fighting before. For somebody who fights all the time to somebody who doesn't fight, I'm a little bit proud of myself for just sticking up.

"That's just who I am — I stick up for myself," she added. "I don't care if I win, I don't care if I lose, I'm just stern in my beliefs and my opinions."
